Teachers have a very well defined role and no one can take them out of their mission, but a great painting professor said to me: “You already have a style. At college you will learn the ABC, the history of art, to paint faithfully a landscape or a portrait, you will have a lot to learn, but you will get to work with a painter and so you will take on his way, but you already have a style and we are trying to get it from the students. Think about it and see what way you want to go! ” I was shaken by this. I asked him if he was joking. He said, “No!” He was talking seriously. He saw my artist’s map. He stood and objectively analyzed each work. He taught me how to put Linism in value. Which I will do next. And also as an ear can be seen the work “First Step”. “Swan of Vienna” can be seen as a snake. “Prayer” can be interpreted as a water lily.
